Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Please review our policies below to ensure a smooth experience.

RESCHEDULING

If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. We're happy to accommodate changes to your appointment without any fees.

 

CANCELLATION 

For cancellations, we request at least 48 hours' notice. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund, but we will work with you to reschedule where possible.

 

PAYMENT PLANS

For services under a payment plan, rescheduling is always an option with 24 hours’ notice. However, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds for these bookings.

 

REFUND

Refunds for cancellations made with proper notice (48 hours or more) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

This policy complies with applicable UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The terms outlined here do not affect your statutory rights. If any part of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable under UK law, it will not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
